Good afternoon! I started the program today, January 1st. My resolution is to feel better about myself, but do it in a healthy way that had structure. I was alittle disappointed that they didn’t include a booklet with ideas on what a typical day should look like. How much and when I should be eating vegetables, and ideas on what to eat if you have to attend a social function or business based meeting that involves food.
