Dinner. Dinner has options such as roasted turkey, vegetable stuffed chicken breast, a meatloaf sandwich, BBQ chicken, lasagna, or even pizza. They also have a dessert and snack category, and protein shakes for you to enjoy between meals. Don’t forget to order the chocolate brownie, tiramisu, or red velvet whoopie pie. These are all really tasty dessert choices.

Uniquely Yours plan is a great option if you want total control of your foods, full access to the frozen menu, and access to their largest selection of foods. It’s a bit more expensive than their other two options, but if you can afford the extra dollar or two per day, then it’s definitely worth upgrading.

Good for you! I was on this deit back 10 years ago. I am a type 2 diabetic and it helped me get my blood sugars under control. I am ready to get back on this diet and I plan to get back into the 110 readings on my blood sugars. I can’t wait to start. I plan to receive my first month supply on Monday.

With that in mind, they’ve made a lot of changes over the last couple of years, so let’s take a look at what you can expect from their latest weight loss program – with our latest Nutrisystem Turbo13 review.

That’s a good suggestion for Mary. Lack of weight loss when on a calorie controlled diet is often attributed to a slowdown of metabolism to match the lower calorie count. It is commonly remedied by taking more exercise each day. The blood type diet is an interesting one that has some merit and is also worth looking at.

I have been on Nutrisystem since January of this year and I just love it. I have lost a total of 45lbs. I have never been on a diet like this before, it is easy and I really like most of the food especially (desserts they are so good). And I find the price pretty good for 28 days of meals. I have another 40lbs to go and I know I will reach it on this fantastic new way of eating.

Hey Tiffany, sorry it didn’t work out for you. Are you implying my review is not honest? Maybe I left out the part where the food tastes like chemicals, cardboard or dog food or whatever else detractors like to describe it as tasting? But if I had said that, then I would certainly be dishonest.

Thank you for this review and all of the comments that have followed. I am 85 pounds overweight and grieving the murder of my daughter has led me to 30 pounds of weight gain over the last 7 months. I am hopeful that NS will be the answer that I have been looking for to increase my energy, self control and self confidence.

Hi Jonni – I’ve added some information about the cancellation policy in my auto-delivery section up above, but basically you have to be on Nutrisystem for 2 months to avoid paying the $99 early termination fee. If after your first month you have decided you don’t want to eat the food any longer, you can switch to just the shakes for the second month, which costs about $79 and then cancel your plan after your order of shakes ship.

Low-Salt: If you’re willing to sacrifice a little variety – and crunch numbers – you can customize meal choices and grocery additions to be as low as 1,500 milligrams of sodium, according to the company. See all low-salt diets »

I have been on the program for a little over a month. Have already seen results. The food is absolutely delicious and I love the variety. Have already had to ask a question and received a prompt and courteous answer. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend the program.

So, basically no veggies, basically no fruit. This is not a healthy and complete diet. And the way you are going to lose weight is by hardly eating, by limiting yourself to very small portions. You’re not going to do that for long. So what if you lose some weight in two months? You will gain it right back when you start eating normally.

I haven’t lost a pound, so you could argue I could have gained some weight if I hadn’t exercise as much. I called the number and the consultant was super rude and not supportive at all. She kept blaming me for not having had recorded what I had each day, what amount at what time… I made the changes she suggested in my diet and gained 2 lbs in a week!!!

As far as this article, I LOVE it. It is so nice to read a positive article about Nutrisystem. You are so right about your body becoming used to the smaller portions. Like anything, your body goes through an adjustment period, but after a few days, it is quite easy. With frequent snacks between meals, as well as plenty of fluids, you are eating pretty much whenever you feel hungry. Good work Norman.

I have read a number of Nutrisystem reviews where people say that Nutrisystem is hard. Honestly it was never hard for me to stick to the Nutrisystem plan. I believe that it was easy for me because of the results that I was seeing.  It’s not hard to stick to the Nutrisystem plan because you are able to choose your meals each day.  You are able to customize the plan to your personal likings and tastes.  I am pleased with the amount of flexibility that Nutrisytem provides.  I like to eat a variety of foods and with Nutrisystem I am able to do that and still lose the weight.  I am an all or nothing person so I was all in with this program and it provided me with the results that kept me motivated to stick with it until I reached my goal and even beyond into maintenance.

The website touts a study that shows that on average, people lose 8.3 pounds and 4.2 inches while following Turbo10. Your results may vary. As long as you stick with the precise plan–especially during that first week–you should notice at least some results.

You can get a plan customized for vegetarians, men, women, or diabetics. I just did the regular women’s plan; some months I did the frozen meals, and some months not. I found both of them to be just fine.

Hey Jodi, I’m real happy you’re having such a great experience with Nutrisystem. And thanks for the firsthand info on what can cause bloating/gas. It just goes to show when you ask the right questions, you get answers!

I had high hopes for this kit and was ready to begin to lose weight. After all the advertisements on TV, I was sure this was the ticket for weight loss but wanted to try the kit before ordering $262/month of food. The breakfast and lunch items are pretty good but the dinners are just plain awful. I understand this is packaged food and do not expect it to taste homemade. However, they should taste somewhat good. Glad I tried and did lose weight but I will not continue with their monthly plan as cannot see paying for a meal I cannot eat. The Lasagna, Chicken Alfredo and Rotini are gross even when I tried to add seasoning or cheese! Terrible!! I would recommend trying the kit first if you are considering the monthly plan and then you can determine if you want to continue once you sample their meals.

Do you prefer classic comforts or like a dish with even more of a world view? Whatever your preference, there are plenty choices to complete your night. You make certain to enjoy the chicken parmesan over noodles, the meatloaf sandwich, ravioli formaggio, italian herb flatbread pizza, chili with beans and exactly how around salisbury steak with mac as well as cheese.

Other company data shows decreased blood pressure, total and bad LDL cholesterol levels, and triglycerides, a fatty substance that in excess has been linked to heart disease, for some dieters on the program. While mostly revolving around meal delivery, but the company consistently reminds clients of its food philosophy as a way of developing a healthier relationship with food. Again and again, you will be reminded of the importance of small, frequent meals; healthy portion sizes; and balanced nutrition. That way, if and when you decide to transition off of the plan, you will know how to keep up your momentum on your own.

  1. Lunch – People tend to be pleasant surprised by the variety of the menu. For lunches, for example, you can choose from tasty options like southwest fiesta melt, arroz con pollo, tuna salad and even a hamburger. The plan is good about including options that let you maintain control of your cravings. By occasionally enjoying something like a hamburger, you won’t feel deprived.
