The foof for me was OK. The non frozen dinners were not very good. I am totally with you Pam on the deducting money!!! They were very smug about and insisted they did nothing wrong! It is a “process” to get your money back!!

I got to hand it to you, you’re going at this the right way. As long as the exercises you’re doing now are not causing you to feel dizzy and your doctor is on board with what you’re doing, I say keep it up and gradually increase the amount you do.
I agree. I had been struggling to try to curb my carb and sugar addictions. After moving from Florida to Ohio 8 years ago, my lifestyle came to a screeching halt….and I put on about 30 lbs over that time. I’ve tried several diets and they worked short term but I’ve always gone back to my old eating habits I picked up after moving. So 4 weeks ago I decided to try NutraSystem. As of yesterday I’ve lost 13 lbs. I really love the fact that I don’t have to think about what to eat…I like the grab and go and not having to prepare foods too much. Not that I’m lazy, I love to cook, but eating this way is teaching me portion control…it’s shrinking my stomach size and I truly feel full after eating my meals and because of the snacks (low fat string cheese, almonds, yogurt, etc.), I’m not getting hungry in between meals…and I love the fact that I can have a snack in the evening. I’m going to stick with this…waiting for my second order to arrive this week. It was nice to be able to choose the foods I want so I was able to avoid the items that made me gassy. Good luck…stick with it, and try to learn something along the way.
I recommend the Nutrisystem men’s basic plan if you are a man whose having problems with portion control and who needs to lose some weight. Do not be afraid of having to give up eating great food because you’re still going to get great food with Nutrisystem.
With so many diets I was hungry just an hour or so after I ate. With the Silver plan, I am never hungry after I eat. Some days I don’t even eat the snacks because I am still full from my meals! The food is perfectly portioned so that I am always full, and it tastes so good. Each meal tastes home made, and is so easy to make. I paid more at the grocery store buying those diet meals than I pay for Nutrisystem each month. And I get more options so I never have to eat the same thing twice in a month.
As I moved into week two, the meals were ones that I had chosen and I learned that there are plenty of tasty choices. The simplicity and convenience has been so worth every penny. It just takes the guess work out of the mix and I needed that support to make it happen. Among my favorite breakfast choices are the Turkey Sausage & Egg Muffin, the Baked Blueberry Oatmeal and any muffins or omelets. Lunches are less exciting but the bars are so easy for days that I am stuck in my car. The frozen melts, soups, and cheesy noodle choices are my faves. Dinner favorites include the stuffed chicken breasts, mashed potato and turkey medallions, and some of the frozen Italian tomato sauce/pasta entrees. The ice cream sandwich is my favorite snack item for sure. There are lots of sweet and salty choices and I do look forward to those. The pizzas are the worst by far. The chili runs a close second-nasty! Uniquely Yours would allow me to order 20 TurkeyMashed Potato meals if I wanted to and I just might!
Hey Vicki, sorry to hear you failed and gave up on the diet so soon. Two weeks is never enough to know when a diet is working or not but if you felt it wasn’t for you, then its better to stop before the second month gets shipped. Sure, if you need to cancel you must act decisively within the first 14 days to stay within the Fast 5+ guarantee terms. Thanks for making people aware of this.
Unfortunately, some people pay for the first month with a nice discount and free shipping, then decide to stop and try to cancel their order without paying for a second month. Now that you’re aware of the way the system works, you can see that doing this can bring all kinds of trouble.
