Where Can I Buy Rooibos Tea to Lose Weight

Fit Tea's website reads, "Green teas have the ability to speed up the body's metabolic rate by up to 4%. This seemingly insignificant boost in metabolism can, however, with little or no effort than just drinking two to four cups daily, help to burn stored body fats and reduce fat storage. Over time, this 4% boost in calorie burning can substantially increase an individual's overall fat-burning capability. Green tea gives you energy by slowing the usage of carbohydrates in our body, meaning you can exercise much longer without feeling tired. Thus you can burn more calories."
As a final word of caution: Select only the best brands of organic and natural detox teas. Many teas contain chemicals, heavy metals and pesticides which will negate your detox efforts. I would also like to take the opportunity to suggest that you keep changing and/or rotating your brands of detox teas as this will make your cleanse even more powerful.
Not sure about the weight loss end of the sales pitch however I can tell you this has a great detox or probiotic effect. I train 5 days a week and eat 90/10 clean. At times the amount of fiber in take in will cause issues with my ability to process and pass...anyhow this has helped with bloating and the above noted issue. It has a great light taste, not bitter, nor tasteless. I didn't add any sweetener and loved the taste on its own. Will buy again.

Soup -- we're talking broth-based, not creamy -- has a lot going for it. It's full of water, which fills you up with the fewest possible calories. It's hot, which prevents you from eating too much. Have it before a meal, and soup can take up space that might have gone to higher-calorie foods. You can also make a satisfying, low-calorie meal out of soup alone by adding chicken, fish, cut-up vegetables, or beans.

Another way to fill up before a meal is by eating salad. Lettuce has plenty of water content to take up space in the stomach. That leaves less room for fattier foods that might come later in the meal. Make your salad interesting by adding a variety of fruits and vegetables or grated cheese. Be careful about dressing, which can add a lot of calories.
It’s every chocoholic’s dream: Research now shows that eating moderate amounts of dark chocolate can reduce overall body fat and shrink the waist. A study among women with normal weight obesity (skinny fat syndrome) who ate a Mediterranean diet that included two servings of dark chocolate each day showed a significant reduction in waist size than when on a cocoa-free meal plan. Researchers say it has to do with the flavonoids, heart-healthy compounds in chocolate that have important antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Just be sure you’re reaching for a bar with at least 70 percent cacao, and stay away from the “alkalized” stuff, which has a significantly reduced flavonoid content.
The warning on the insert says,*"This product contains Tinnevelly Senna (leaf). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition."*
Her take: Namely, simple black, green, or white varieties. Tea, especially green tea, is rich in epigallocatechin gallate (or EGCG), a compound that evidence suggests could play a role in weight loss. There are a few different mechanisms for how it might work: Some studies show that EGCG is involved in calorie-burning, increasing the breakdown of fat, inhibiting the formation of new fat cells, and helping reduce fat absorption by the body.
Laxatives do not help you lose weight. You may shed a few pounds, but it’s due to water loss, which you’ll gain back when you eat or drink again. Senna-based drinks won’t help you reduce calorie consumption because food is absorbed in the small intestine, and senna isn’t active until it reaches the large intestine, reports Drugs.com. The herbs in these teas may not contribute to weight loss, but they’re still active ingredients. As just one example, licorice may have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial abilities. Any herb with bioactive potential can also cause side effects or interfere with medications.
I personally have benefited greatly by drinking weight loss tea. Also known as herbal slimming teas, not only are these easily available, they are super delicious and you really do not have to spend hours making them. Detox teas or teetox as they are popularly known, gently cleanse the system, kick-start slow or sluggish digestion and also help in burning fat.
Whether it be cuddling up on the couch or relaxing by the fire, there’s something about a steaming cup of tea that makes all of life’s simple things seem all the more relaxing. While tea is indeed soothing, it’s also unassumingly strong. Some brews can help you stop snacking while others can boost your calorie burn. However, others varieties are so mighty that they can even melt the flab right off your frame. Yes, we realize that may sound like an opening line for a cheesy weight loss pill advertisement, but you can’t argue with science. We’ve scoured the research journals to bring you the best fat-frying brews on supermarket shelves—so just sit back, start sipping and watch your fat melt away!
The original Slimming Tea contains seven ‘superfoods’ – green tea, pu-erh tea, garcinia cambogia, hibiscus, goji berry, rose petals and dandelion leaf. The brand claims that these together cause your body to absorb less fat, increase metabolism, suppress appetite, reduce water retention, reduce cholesterol, reduce blood sugar levels, and reduce the likelihood of cancer cells forming. The 14 Day CleanseTox tea contains some laxative ingredients, including senna leaves. The company warns against drinking more than one per day and don’t continue drinking for more than 14 days – probably because the laxative effect can be dangerous in large or prolonged doses.
MCTs are found naturally in foods like coconut oil, full-fat cows milk (not a great source), sheep milk, goats milk and palm kernel oil. Realistically the greatest source is coconut oil or concentrated MCT oil which offers a unique advantage for both cooking and consumption. My recommendation is that you start by using coconut oil on a day to day basis. You could cook with it, put it in a smoothie, rub it on your skin or just eat it off a spoon. Beyond that you could choose to supplement with pure MCT oil. This is the brand I choose to use. It is virtually flavorless and is a great addition to my morning tea. It is in their store under Healthy Fats and is labeled as XCT oil.

Kava Kava quells worrying thoughts. In one study, 120 mg of kava-kava was administered daily over 6 weeks to patients who had stress-induced insomnia. The results suggested a statistically significant improvement in sleep latency, duration and waking mood. When you’re anxious, your body feels like it’s under a tremendous amount of stress all the time. This is why anxiety is a powerful trigger for weight gain. A recent study in the journal *Eating and Weight Disorders* placed anxiety as “one of the most important factors significantly associated with weight gain.” In fact, two-thirds of people with eating disorders also suffer from anxiety, and the anxiety usually existed first. But sip with caution—at very high levels, kava kava can cause liver toxicity. Kava Kava should only be one part of an overall, balanced tea cleanse.
But that doesn't necessarily mean it doesn't work. So I decided to test that theory and try Fit Tea for a full 14 days and record how I felt, what I saw, and if it fulfilled its claims at the end. Going into the experiment, my expectations were not particularly high. It is just tea, after all. If I've learned anything from my time spent with beauty editors, fitness experts, and nutritionists, it's that healthy weight loss with staying power doesn't happen overnight. Then I read the reviews:

Principle 3– The third principle focuses on how less exercise can help you lose a significant amount of weight. In recent years, scientists have made significant discoveries. And, one is what they labeled the exercise ‘sweet spot’. To put it simply: your body’s sweet spot is the level of exercise intensity where your body’s complete fat burning power is unleashed. Due to this reason, your body automatically draws on the stores of fat for fuel. It is therefore extremely important to exercise smarter, instead of exercising harder. Tea and Cancer Prevention
