Seasoned bodybuilder, these do fairly well for me, I don't get jitters or feel dizzy or really even notice them, I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 around lunch. I have not noticed any food suppress but that's not a issue to me. Honestly only thing I've noticed other than some for sure weight loss along with killing the gym sometimes Twice a day is that I get a warm feeling shortly after taking.
